Refund policy
Each print is custom-made to order, crafted with care by our local printing partner just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind or accidental orders, as we do not hold physical inventory. All sales are final. Please be sure to read the product descriptions and print sizes carefully before finalising your order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@artistgeorgia.com. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request and let you know if a cancellation is possible.
Damaged or Defective Prints
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged in transit or has a printing defect, we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please do not mail items back to us. To help us make it right:

Take clear photo's of the damage (and the packaging, if it arrived broken).

Email the photo's and your order number to contact@artistgeorgia.com within 15 days of delivery.
